Out With The Old In With The New
In this section you will see a complete outdoor living experience, it is an extension of their home. In this project we created a new roof extending past the new patio. relocated the existing gas line for the outdoor grill. Constructed an outdoor fireplace, cement countertop, built-in grill, with stacked stone & stamped concrete. We also installed cedar beams & shiplap on the ceiling, with electrical ran for to ceiling fans & six can lights
Add That Elegant Touch To Every Room
In this section we completed another full remodel on this beautiful home located in Plano, Tx. This was one of the most rewarding renovations we have had the chance to be a part of changing almost every sq-inch of this home. From Load bearing walls, electrical, plumbing, a completely custom-built kitchen, fireplace mantel, walk-in pantry to raising the living-room floor 6″. We also completely remodeled the Master bathroom from top to bottom to really pull everything together.

In this section we added custom cabinets on the back wall for add storage and the wow factor. We also constructed and installed a custom hood, tile to the ceiling, custom backsplash, and also matching custom cabinets door though out to save the customer the expensive of all new cabinets though-out.
Work Done Right The First Time
For this client we installed custom Hand-scraped solid 3/4″ wood floors in the master bedroom and walk-in closet. We also remodeled the Master bathroom and both upstairs and downstairs guest bathrooms giving this house a much-needed face lift.
Attention To Detail
in this section we relocated the shower drain to the center, built a custom cement shower pan, installed cement backer board, then applied a waterproof membrane seal, installed shower niche, new shower mixer/manifold, titled, grouted, new custom shaker style cabinet doors, new countertop & shower curb, new tile flooring, light fixtures, and paint.
Refresh & Revised
In this section a client wanted to replace their outdated carpeted staircase with something more fitting to the home. We replaced the risers and installed solid oak treads with new metal railings giving her staircase a much, needed facelift. We also updated the cabinets with custom cabinets doors and fresh coats of paint in the laundry room, bathrooms, and upstairs media room.
